How do I List My House on the MLS?

1. Click here to List My Home
    
2. Fill in the Description Form with the details of your property.
    
3. Use your MasterCard, Visa, or American Express to pay your MLS listing fee.
    
4. Optionally upload pictures of the property.
    
5. Print the complete MLS agreement and sign where indicated
    
6. Please fax, e-mail, or send via mail to our office
    
7. You will be contacted by one of our representatives within 24 hours at the time and place of your choice.
    
8. The information will be submitted to the local Southeast Florida MLS System within 24 hours after receiving your completed and signed documents
    
9. Your home will be listed for a period of six months at MLSCLUB.com
    
10. During your 6 month listing period, you can make 3 free changes to your price, description, etc.  Each additional change will result in a $20 charge.

12. If you find your own buyer for your property, you will not have to pay any fees or commissions to any agents
     
13. You can extend your listing for another 6 months for an additional one-time fee of $199.00
