Does your
listing information look the same as one from a traditional broker in the MLS?
Absolutely! There
is no difference in information for a seller that is paying a broker full
commission. In fact, other realtors will not be able to tell that you only
paid a flat fee to get on the MLS.
-
If I change my
mind on selling or decide to list with a traditional broker, can I cancel my
listing?
Yes, you can cancel
at any time, unless there is a pending sale on your home. You
could even receive a full refund of your flat fee if your new broker accepts
our referral fee and successfully sells your home.

our
100% guarantee.
-
Is this the
same MLS system (Multiple Listing Service) that all area realtors are using to
list homes?
Yes. Your property
information will be displayed in the MLS the same way as if it would be listed
with a traditional realtor.

the MLS system, go to:
Why be on the MLS?

You say that I
will be saving thousands in “listing” commissions; what about the selling
commission?
Your flat-fee of
$250.00 represents your listing side charge. Once in the MLS, you need to
offer compensation to the co-operating brokers that will be showing your home
to prospective buyers.
For details, see
Save Thousands.
-
What % should I offer to the selling agents?
The typical
commission to the selling agent is 3%. Real estate agents get compensated
strictly by commission. The less % you offer, the less motivated the agents
are to sell your home.
-
If I find my
own buyer, do I still have to pay a selling commission?
No. With our
flat-fee listing service, you maintain your For Sale By Owner status.
Should you find your own buyer, you do not have to pay any commissions to a
selling agent.
-
Who will make the
appointments to show my home?
Local realtors will
be contacting you directly through the phone numbers you provide on the MLS
sheet to schedule a showing for your home.
